How do I delete my account?

This article covers how to delete your Atlas Recall account and what is deleted when you initiate the process.

To delete your Atlas Recall account, please send an email to support@atlas.co

Once you submit your request, the Support Team will respond and inform you that your request has been received. To expedite the process, please include in the your email the email address you used to sign up for Atlas Recall.

The Support Team will then let you know once we have started the account deletion process, which includes deleting your Atlas Recall profile and all associated items saved to your account.
