This article talks about why web pages are not being shown in your search results in Atlas Recall.
Atlas Recall is able to automatically take you back to a webpage you've viewed previously. You can do this by viewing your 'Recent Items' in Recall, or by performing a search and opening the item.
If you are unable to see any relevant webpages in your search results, this may be due to the following:
1. The Atlas Recall browser plug-in is not installed.
Please make sure that you have the plug-ins installed so that Recall is able to add your browsing history to your personal searchable library.
2. Atlas Recall was not running while you were browsing.
The application has to be running in the background for it to add items to your library. You can check if the application is running by checking in your menu bar:
3. Atlas Recall may have been paused.
It is possible that the application was paused, which prevents it from adding items to your library during a time period.
4. The webpage may be on the block list.
If a specific webpage is not showing up as one of your results in Recall, please verify that it has not been added to your block list. Anything on the block list is excluded from being added to your personal searchable library.
