This article is a live document, designed to give you updates on the outage that occurred today (1/11/17, 1:50PM PST) that is causing Atlas Recall to display as being offline.
1:50PM If you have Atlas Recall running in the background, you might note that it has stopped indexing (or adding content to your library) in 'Recent Items' view. This is due to a system outage that our team is currently investigating.
If you try to do a search in Atlas Recall, you will get a message saying "Please check your internet connection and try again."
The system continues to remember everything you've seen, but you just won't be able to search for it at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience - and rest assured that our team is working to promptly resolve this issue!
Once we have more information on the ETA to get our services back up and running, we will update this article.
2:46PM All services are back up and running. Searches and indexing should be fully functional in Atlas Recall. If you are still experiencing issues, please quit Atlas Recall and relaunch to see if that resolves it.
